Mazevo has a simple tool for managing your customers' insurance certificates. The tool allows you to locate certificates that are about to expire or have expired.
Overview
Mazevo has a built-in tool that can help you track the status of your customers' insurance certificates. Certificates are uploaded to the organization's record on the document tab. Using Manage Certificates, located on the main organization page, a list of all certificates in the system is displayed with the ability to quickly filter the list.
Adding or editing a certificate
- Navigate to Events > Organizations.
- Click on the organization to edit the record.
- Navigate to the Documents tab.
- To add a certificate, click Add Document. Upload the new certificate and check the box, Certificate?
- To edit a certificate, click on the document description you want to edit.
- Press Save.
View all certificate expiration dates
From the Organization grid, press Manage Certificates. By default, the list displays all certificates. To limit the list to Expired or about-to-expire records, press the appropriate filter button.
About-to-expire certificates have an expiration date within the next 30 days.
