How to Include the Conflict Status on Reports

In Mazévo, a conflict status can be defined to help manage issues when creating or copying bookings when the room is not available. With a conflict status defined, any booking that overlaps another booking will be created in the conflict status.

Overview

Depending upon your use of the conflict status, you may or may not want bookings in the conflict status to be printed on reports.  Regardless of the default printing behavior, you can manually include these bookings on reports by selecting the conflict status prior to viewing the report.

To change. the default printing behavior of the conflict status.

1) Navigate to Settings > Statuses.

2) Select the conflict status.

3) Check or uncheck Display on Book/Reports.

4) Press Save.
