How to Clear Your Browser Cache

Clearing your browser's cache is a great place to start if you are having issues with Mazévo. This article describes how to clear the cache of your browser.

Clearing your cache on Chrome

1. In the address bar, type chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
2. Click Advanced
3. Select a Time Range (preferably 'all time')
4. Click Clear Data
5. Exit/close all browser windows and reopen.

Clearing your cache on Edge

1. In the address bar, type edge://settings/clearBrowserData
2. Select a Time Range (preferably 'all time')
3. Click Clear Now
4. Exit/close all browser windows and reopen.

Clearing your cache on Firefox

1. From the History menu, select Clear Recent History
2. Select a Time Range (preferably, Everything)
3. Click OK
4. Exit/close all browser windows and reopen. 

Clearing your cache on Safari

1. From the History menu, select Clear History...
2. Select a Time Range (preferably, All History)
3. Click Clear History
4. Exit/close all browser windows and reopen.
