We’ve made several enhancements to Mazévo to improve accessibility, organization, and feature usability. Here’s what’s new:
Accessibility Enhancements
Mazévo now includes improvements to better support requesters who rely on assistive technology. These updates help keep Mazévo compliant with WCAG guidelines, ensuring an inclusive experience for all users.
New Mazévo Resource Center
Clicking the Mazévo Help button now brings up the Mazévo Resource Center, where you’ll find:
- Links to the Mazévo Knowledge Base
- Information on Mazévo updates
- Details about our monthly webinar series
- Ways to contact the Mazévo support team
💡 Improved In-App Tips
We’ve overhauled the way helpful tips are displayed in Mazévo! Previously, if you dismissed a tip, there was no way to view it again. Now, you can revisit tips anytime by clicking the new lightbulb icon on the relevant page.
Improved Account Settings Organization
The Account Settings page has been reorganized with new tabs to make navigation easier and more intuitive.
Custom Branding Update
Organizations using Mazévo’s custom branding can now upload an icon image for use in the mobile app.
Custom Calendar Filters
You can now filter custom calendars by building and event type, even if you don’t use calendar tags.
Enhanced Booking Information Display
Event Coordinators and Billing Codes are now visible on the Booking Information Pop-up, making it easier for event planners to see key details.
Resource Usage Report Enhancements
- Added a filter for Event Type
- You can now export a list of bookings where a resource is being used
🔍 Improved Resource Searching
Requesters can now search for specific resources when adding them to their requests, making it easier to find what they need.
Secondary Approvals Settings Filtering
The Secondary Approvals settings page now lets you filter approvals by user, making it easier to track assignments.
Day at a Glance Update
The Day at a Glance view will no longer display secondary approval options if your organization doesn’t use them.
🔒 Invoiced Bookings Cannot Be Moved
Bookings that have been invoiced can no longer be reassigned to a new event, ensuring financial accuracy.
🐞 Bug Fixes & Improvements
✔️ Approval reminder emails will no longer be sent to users who no longer have the oversight (approval) role
✔️ My Approvals now works better on mobile devices
✔️ Published reports now correctly honor the configured date when clicked
✔️ Fixed an issue where some filters in published reports could not be not updated properly
✔️ Resolved a bug where Mazévo would hang when disabling a resource package
✔️ Fixed an issue with trailing spaces in building and room codes that could cause data load errors
