Introducing the latest Mazévo Update for February 4th, 2025.
New User Welcome Email
New requesters in Mazévo may now automatically receive a welcome email with helpful information of your choosing when their account is created. This email provides helpful guidance on how to get started, ensuring users have the information they need to begin using Mazévo efficiently. To enable this in your Mazévo account login as go to Account Settings > Emails > Welcome New Requester
Enhanced Mazévo Course Importer
When re-importing a term, the Mazévo Course Importer now processes only the courses that have changed. This optimization significantly reduces the time required for re-importing courses, making updates faster and more efficient.
Scheduled Emails Per Individual Booking
Scheduled emails can now be configured to send after each individual booking in a repeating event. Previously, scheduled emails were only available after all bookings in the event took place. This enhancement provides more flexibility in communicating with customers after each booking.
All Scheduled Emails may now Include Confirmations
Any scheduled email you configure may now include the confirmation. Previously, confirmations were only sent for scheduled emails based on the first or last booking of an event or when the event was created. This enhancement provides greater control over when you wish to include the customers confirmation.
New Vanity URL Support for SSO
Mazévo’s vanity URL (e.g., my-org.mymazevo.com) now functions more effectively with Single Sign-On (SSO). Previously, users encountered issues when creating new accounts while using a vanity URL for login. This issue has now been resolved.
New Academic Room Availability Tool
Mazévo introduces a new course scheduling tool designed to help find available classrooms for courses. Users can now specify:
- Days of the week
- Start and end times
- Course size
Mazévo will then generate a list of available classrooms that match the specified criteria, streamlining the scheduling process for academic institutions.
Export Option for Activity Log
Users can now export Mazévo activity log results to Excel.
