Visual Display of Customer Access Time
We’ve added a visual cue for Customer Access Time in the Event Book. It now appears as a blue bar before the event, allowing you to quickly see when a customer is expected in the space.
Enhanced Reporting in Analytics
When running analytics reports displaying total hours, you will now see both reserved hours and event hours. Previously, the report only showed event hours. This change provides a more complete picture of how your spaces are being used throughout the day.
Event Questions Settings – Now Easier to Review
The Event Questions grid in Settings now includes a new column that displays the answer type—whether it’s a standard response, a list of specific answers, or an attachment. This small change eliminates the need to click into each question to identify its format.
Faster, More Efficient Invoicing
You can now select multiple invoices at once when creating them by holding down the Shift key. This small tweak can save a lot of time, especially when invoicing for multiple events at once. Previously, invoices had to be selected individually.
☎️ New Contact Info Option in Account Settings
We’ve added a new field in your account settings that allows you to enter your scheduling office’s contact information. This helps Mazévo Support redirect your internal users to the right person in your organization when they reach out to us for help.
Bug Fixes & Behind-the-Scenes Improvements
We’ve also addressed several bugs and usability issues in this release, including:
- Fixed an issue where manually added tasks sometimes saved the wrong date
- Improved filtering functionality when adding tasks to bookings
- Resolved a bug that required selecting "Allow SSO to Assign Security Policy" twice in security settings
- Corrected behavior when switching room setup diagrams between attachment and file
- Exported event times from find events now display properly instead of showing as dates
- Standardized sales tax rate display (now rounds consistently to three decimal places)
- Cleaned up email history exports by removing HTML code for easier readability
