Updates for Requesters
Updates to Editing Requests
We made several updates to how existing requests are edited to make it more intuitive for requesters to change their events. These updates include removing the "Change Event" button and adding links and check boxes next to the fields or items that may be changed.
My Events Updated
We made some minor changes to the layout of the My Events page. This includes adding a check box to show or hide canceled events.
Other Changes
Display Contact Email on Invoice
A new option exists to display a contact's email address on the invoice.
Find Events - Update Owner of Public Views
A Mazévo Global Administrator can now update the owner of a view in Find Events. Previously, there was no way to reassign the owner of a saved view.
Notifications for Self-Service Requests
Notifications to Event Planners and Global Administrators are no longer being sent for requests that do not require approval.
Mazévo Mobile App Sunset
The Native Mazévo Mobile App will no longer be supported after the end of 2023. You may now access the same functionality directly from the browser of choice on your phone by going to www.mymazevo.com and logging in. Please see this article for more details: How to Use Mazévo on Your Phone.
