New Email Notifications for Work Order Ticketing Systems
Mazévo now includes an option to generate a notification email whenever a service (such as AV or facilities) is added or modified. This email contains key details about the service, including the date, time, location, and resource requirements. The email can be routed to your work order ticketing system to automate the creation of work order tickets for your service teams.
How to Enable: Go to Settings > Service Providers and click on the Email tab.
New Service Filter in Manage Ops
Users can now filter service details to display only the work assigned to them, improving task visibility and focus.
Icon for Features in Room Settings
Rooms with associated features now display a visual icon in Room Settings, providing an easy way to identify rooms with specific capabilities.
Add to Calendar Icon in My Events
A new calendar icon allows users to download an .ics
file, making it simple to add events to Google or Outlook calendars with one click.
Reports
- Setup/Teardown and Customer Access Times on BEO: Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) can now be configured to display these additional times, ensuring clearer communication.

- Improved messaging for unavailable rooms: Provides clearer communication the the requester when a requested room is unavailable.
Academic Improvements
- Term History Display: Users can now view the history of when a term was imported or optimized.
- Building/Room Mapping History: The history of building and room mappings is now accessible for review.
- Academic Statuses on Public Calendar: Academic statuses now have the option to be displayed on the public calendar, improving transparency.
