Enhanced System Settings for Better Visibility

• View Resource Exclusions in Settings – You can now see Resource Exclusions directly from the room and resources configuration window. This makes it easier to identify where resources cannot be used when viewing room or resource settings.
• Building List Update – The settings page now displays the total number of rooms defined for each building.
• Resource Groupings Update – You can now see how many resources are associated with each Resource Grouping, providing better visibility when managing resource configurations.
• Combo Room Enhancements – The Combo column in Room Settings has been updated to clarify which rooms are part of a Combo Room. Instead of just displaying "Yes" or "No," it will now display "Component" for rooms that are part of a combo setup.

Improved Invoicing & Financial Management

• Deleted Invoices Cannot Be Sent – To prevent confusion, Mazévo will no longer allow you to send an invoice that has been deleted. If a user clicks on a deleted invoice, a watermark stating "deleted" will now appear, clearly marking it as invalid.
• Deleted Deposits Visibility – Deleted deposits now appear in the invoicing tab of the event editor, making them easier to track. Previously, you had to search for deleted deposits in the Find Invoices section.

Resource & Event Request Enhancements

• Better Resource Package Display for Requesters – We’ve updated how resource packages appear when requesters edit bookings to make it consistent with how event planners see them. This eliminates confusion about whether a resource package has been added as a group or if individual resources were selected separately.
• New Service Icon for Bar Services – A new Bar Services icon has been added for quicker identification when assigning services to an event.

User Experience & System Performance Improvements

• Dashboard Optimization – The Mazévo dashboard now displays more effectively on both mobile devices and desktops, ensuring a seamless experience across different screen sizes.
• Activity Log Enhancements – You can now select specific dates when viewing the Activity Log, making it easier to find the exact historical data you need.
• Mazévo ID in Exported Settings – Several settings exports now include a Mazévo ID number column, which is useful if you’re integrating Mazévo with external systems via the Mazévo API.
• Expanded Event Notes Field – The Event Notes field has been increased to 4,000 characters, allowing for more detailed event information.

Bug Fixes

• Requesters can now add a quantity to a resource package without issues.
• The Event Importer no longer requires an organization field when the tenant is configured to allow events without an organization.
• Scheduled emails filtered by room were previously sending for the wrong room—this has been corrected.
