The following features are now live in Mazévo
New Weekly Quota for Requester Security Policies.
You can now limit the maximum number of booking hours a user can have in a calendar month or week. Mazévo will automatically prevent a user from having any more bookings in that period once they have hit their limit. Previously, you could only limit users to a maximum number of booking hours daily.
Permanently Delete Organizations and Contacts
You can now permanently delete organizations and contacts even if there are events associated with them. Previously, you could only permanently delete contacts and organizations if no events were already associated.
Change Times on Courses Created by Mazévo Course Importer
You can now change the class time of selected course dates. Previously, there was no way to change the time on one or multiple course dates after they had been imported. Please remember that if you import the term a second time after changing the times, the new import will overwrite all your changes.
Add Bookings to Courses Created by Mazévo Course Importer
You can now add individual bookings to classes created by the Mazévo Course Importer. Previously, there was no way to add bookings to a course. Please remember that any added bookings will be deleted if you import the term a second time after adding bookings to a class.
New Predefined Date Ranges for Advanced Find Events
You can now pick from a list of predefined date ranges when you use Advanced Find Events. The choices are Today, Next 7 Days, This Month, Next Month, Last Month, and Specific Dates. Previously, you always had to choose specific dates.
Bugs Fixed
We fixed several issues in this release of Mazévo, including the following:
- Adding requests from the book was not enforcing the maximum capacity for a chosen setup configuration.
