Optimizing by Selected Subjects

With the Mazévo optimizer, you can limit the optimization process to selected subjects allowing for manual control and prioritization of the room assignment process.

Limiting the optimizer by subject

To limit the optimizer to select subjects:

  1. Navigate to Academic > Terms.
  2. Select a term to optimize.
  3. Click on Optimize.
  4. Using the checkboxes on the left of the grid, select the subjects to be optimized.
  5. Press Optimize.
