How to Create a Banquet Event Order

The banquet event order is a different format of the confirmation. The formatting options are set on the confirmation template record prior to creating the BEO.

To create a BEO for an event, you'll need to create one or more confirmation templates with the report type of banquet event order.  In addition to setting the report type, you can also customize the BEO by including only certain service providers, and you have the option to hide pricing on the report.  See this article on how to create templates.
