How to Assign Codes to Buildings and Rooms

When you use the academic functions of Mazévo, each building and room defined in the system will need to have a 'code' associated with them. The code is a shortened, unique identifier for each building and room.

Assigning a code to a building

  1. Navigate to Academics > Terms.
  2. Press Building Room Codes.
  3. On the Building Codes tab, you'll see a list of buildings defined in Mazévo. Press Set Building Codes and enter a unique code for each building.
  4. Press Save.

Assigning a code to a room

  1. Navigate to Academics > Terms.
  2. Press Building Room Codes.
  3. On the Room Codes tab, you'll see a list of rooms defined in Mazévo. Press Set Room Codes and enter a unique code for each room.
  4. Press Save.
